Big Data Management – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 25–30 undergraduate online learners.

• Assist students with academic writing, research methodologies, and time management skills.

• Facilitate individual and small-group tutoring sessions.

• Direct students to pertinent reference materials.

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee discussion forums.

• Deliver proactive, prompt, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and challenges.

• Communicate with students via email, phone calls, and online sessions.

• Support students enrolled in Big Data Management at master's-level programs.

• Aid students in applying big data modeling techniques, creating distributed storage and management solutions, executing large-scale data processing and analytics techniques, and utilizing algorithms such as PageRank.

⛳️ Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India.

• A minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in relevant disciplines.

• Background at a leading university or college.

• In-depth knowledge of big data modeling, distributed data management, and large-scale data analytics.

• Proficiency in designing and managing data solutions across diverse and distributed environments.

• An empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing demeanor.

• Excellent proficiency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.

• A working laptop is required.

• Access to a stable high-speed internet connection exceeding 10 MBPS is necessary.

• Capability to swiftly learn and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac.

• Availability from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM IST daily.
