📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain extensive data processing systems.

• Architect and enhance ETL processes to meet intricate data needs.

• Develop sophisticated data models and resilient, scalable data pipelines.

• Manage and fine-tune databases utilizing advanced SQL methodologies.

• Implement and oversee NoSQL databases and data warehousing solutions.

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of big data technologies.

• Manage distributed computing resources for extensive data processing.

• Construct, maintain, and oversee cloud-based data pipelines using Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT, and Airflow.

• Employ DevOps practices and integrate containerization solutions.

• Establish data security protocols and improve data processing and storage efficiency.

• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide actionable insights.

• Mentor and support junior engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required, or 6–8 years of additional relevant experience.

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or 5+ years of direct experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related area is required.

• Proficiency in advanced SQL techniques.

• Experience with ETL processes, data models, data pipelines, databases, data warehousing, big data technologies, distributed computing, cloud technologies, Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT, and Airflow.

• Familiarity with applying DevOps practices and containerization solutions.

• Knowledge of data security protocols.

• Certifications in big data, Azure cloud, or Snowflake are advantageous but not mandatory.
