📋 Description

• Interpret intricate technical concepts related to digital transformation into straightforward language suitable for non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to stay informed about industry trends and innovations.

• Support bid managers with opportunity assessment, go/no-go determinations, and the structuring of proposals.

• Partner with delivery teams and subject matter experts to collect technical data and specifications.

• Compose and refine bid proposals that align with client specifications and project goals.

• Evaluate tender requirements and customize responses to address client needs.

• Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends.

• Examine and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust technical expertise in digital transformation services, including user-centered design, software development, and technical architecture.

• Experience in technical writing.

• Extensive experience with the UK government.

• Proven track record of successful bid wins.

• Experience in digital transformation delivery roles, such as delivery manager, technical architect, or software developer within the UK public sector is advantageous.

• Outstanding writing and editing abilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical and research capabilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to perform under pressure, manage various proposal tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Aptitude to swiftly grasp and adapt to new technologies and sectors.
