BI Fullstack Developer, Power BI, Looker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and execute intricate Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Create and refine Looker reports along with data models.

• Leverage Google BigQuery and various GCP services for backend development, ETL processes, and data integration.

• Assess and endorse technical designs, ensuring adherence to quality standards (code quality, security, performance).

• Perform code reviews and guide team members to enhance their technical capabilities.

• Collaborate with backend and frontend BI developers during the implementation of solutions.

• Partner closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Clearly communicate technical details to stakeholders and customers.

• Keep abreast of BI trends and new technologies.

• Disseminate knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).

• Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data modeling.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

• Familiarity with additional BI tools and advanced analytics is an advantage.

• Experience with data governance and compliance standards is a plus.
