This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and transformation.
• Work with relational databases using pgAdmin and SSMS.
• Engage in data modeling and structuring activities.
• Analyze operational data to convert it into relevant information for various business areas.
• Create and maintain operational and executive reports.
• Build visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and Data Studio.
• Utilize Python, primarily Pandas and NumPy, for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.
• Work with data platforms within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Identify opportunities to automate data processes and reporting, including the use of Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Validate the quality, consistency, and accuracy of information before delivery.
• Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements and translate them into information solutions.
• Communicate findings through data storytelling.
• Manage requests and priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality in urgent contexts.
• 5 years or more of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, SQL query development, reporting, or related positions.
• Solid experience with SQL at an intermediate/advanced level.
• Experience with relational databases and pgAdmin and/or SSMS.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling.
• Experience with data platforms in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation, particularly with Pandas and NumPy.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience developing visualizations and reports using Power BI and/or Data Studio.
• Experience or applied knowledge in automation using Artificial Intelligence.
• Ability to validate information, identify inconsistencies, and pay attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Capability to communicate information through data storytelling.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with technical and business areas.
• Self-management, organization, and ability to work with changing priorities.
• Discretion in handling information.
• Problem-solving orientation and innovation.
• Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
