This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be making calls on sales lists, conducting initial consultations, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals.

• You will collaborate closely with the founders and develop an intuition for AI-supported processes.

• Actively participate in our innovative project focused on AI-assisted telephony.

• You will play a key role in shaping our sales processes, contribute your ideas for improvements, and assist in testing and implementing new sales strategies.

• A strong desire to learn and dive deep into various topics.

• Interest in sales, with enthusiasm for contributing to a young and dynamic team.

• Motivation to work reliably from home.

• Availability for at least 3 to 6 months.

• Enjoyment in speaking with people, being open, confident, and proactively engaging with others.

• Willingness to take responsibility, with a structured and goal-oriented work approach.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.

• Currently undertaking a mandatory internship or searching for a working student position.

• Native German speaker.

• Good self-organization skills, as we operate 100% remotely.

• Technical affinity and experience in sales are advantageous.

• Self-reliant, effective, and organized work style with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
