This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Consulting our member companies on all topics and cultures related to market-oriented organic farming.
• Developing practical strategies for agricultural implementation on the farms.
• Organizing and conducting workshops and field days, as well as delivering expert presentations.
• Collaborating in practical research projects.
• Working together with raw material aggregators and processors to enhance sales opportunities and connect production with trade.
• Technical expertise and practical experience in organic farming.
• Degree in agricultural sciences, qualification as a master or technician in agricultural economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Passion for organic farming and motivation to actively promote its development.
• Willingness to travel for consulting, projects, and events.
• Enjoyment in collaborating with agricultural enterprises and a friendly, communicative demeanor.
• Enthusiasm for conveying knowledge in an understandable manner, including through presentations at workshops and field days.
• Willingness to travel within the area of responsibility.
