Nurse Consultant – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop, produce, and sustainably commercialize products and services in the hygiene and healthcare sectors.

• Train and support caregiving teams in evaluating the needs of patients/residents dealing with incontinence, as well as in the optimal utilization of TENA solutions.

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of around 50 facilities, including nursing homes, EMS, hospitals, and clinics.

• Contribute to the formulation of care protocols that align with industry best practices.

• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with head nurses and caregiving teams.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions from our array of incontinence products and medical devices.

• Engage in commercial discussions with the assistance and oversight of the National Sales Manager – Institutions.

• Support product trials, implementation, and conduct on-site follow-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a nursing diploma and have substantial experience in long-term care (EMS).

• Sales experience is not a prerequisite.

• You are acknowledged for your teaching abilities, listening skills, and your talent for building trust-based relationships.

• You are self-sufficient, organized, and adept at managing a designated territory.

• You are skilled in using IT tools and ensure meticulous reporting.

• Your empathy and professional credibility allow you to engage effectively with field teams.
