This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver technical assistance for projects and intricate operational challenges.
• Conduct specialized technical studies, research, and analyses.
• Act as a key resource for submitting solutions and action plans (diagnosis, intervention strategy, treatment plan, return-to-work plan, disability monitoring, etc.).
• Implement and sustain software along with both manual and automated processes.
• Provide training to users.
• Create technical documentation to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams.
• Assist practitioners in adhering to your unit’s standards and processes while utilizing its business solutions, tools, and systems.
• General college diploma in a relevant discipline.
• At least three years of pertinent experience.
• Proficiency in French is essential.
• Advanced English skills are required due to the nature of the responsibilities or work tools, as well as interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.
