Benefits Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Administration and management of daily benefits and leave policies

• Overseeing the complete renewal process

• Developing and implementing new benefits programs

• Ensuring compliance of our benefits programs with Monzo’s global strategy and alignment with business objectives

• Collaborating with our external benefits broker and vendors to guarantee quality service from our providers

• Partnering closely with stakeholders from Procurement and Third Party Risk teams for supplier onboarding, Tax team for compliance, and People Operations to create seamless processes

• Addressing benefits inquiries and escalations while providing support to Monzonauts

• Collaborating with teams across the People Collective, including Payroll and People Operations

• Analyzing benefits data

• Educating, communicating with, and engaging Monzonauts

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in administering and managing UK benefits

• Experience ensuring compliance of benefits programs with legislative requirements

• Strong understanding of employee benefits trends

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently while enjoying cross-team collaboration

• Focus on high-impact work without overlooking details
