β’ Administration and management of daily benefits and leave policies
β’ Overseeing the complete renewal process

β’ Ensuring compliance of our benefits programs with Monzoβs global strategy and alignment with business objectives
β’ Collaborating with our external benefits broker and vendors to guarantee quality service from our providers
β’ Partnering closely with stakeholders from Procurement and Third Party Risk teams for supplier onboarding, Tax team for compliance, and People Operations to create seamless processes
β’ Addressing benefits inquiries and escalations while providing support to Monzonauts
β’ Collaborating with teams across the People Collective, including Payroll and People Operations
β’ Analyzing benefits data
β’ Educating, communicating with, and engaging Monzonauts
β’ Proven experience in administering and managing UK benefits
β’ Experience ensuring compliance of benefits programs with legislative requirements
β’ Strong understanding of employee benefits trends
β’ Excellent project management and organizational abilities
β’ Ability to work independently while enjoying cross-team collaboration
β’ Focus on high-impact work without overlooking details
