This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Deliver exceptional support to employees and clients regarding benefits across various areas.
• Manage and resolve tickets and escalations via Zendesk and email.
• Perform data-related tasks with accuracy, including preparation, entry, and downloads.
• Assist in defining and executing Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the Benefits team and other Remote departments to assess customer needs and provide outstanding solutions and experiences.
• Offer analytical, administrative, and technical support to maintain benefits programs, ensuring the smooth administration of plans and policies.
• Keep operations process documents updated and identify automation opportunities to enhance processes.
• Continuously research and systematically compile written knowledge in Notion.
• Transition from ideation to execution, ensuring tasks are initiated and completed.
• Serve as both an internal and external advocate for Remote's values and the objectives of the Benefits team.
• Experience in HR Operations focused on Employee Benefits, preferably in delivering PEO services.
• Passionate about providing an outstanding customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and effectively managing multiple tasks across various technology platforms.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Remote work experience is not mandatory but is considered advantageous.
