This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of prominent benefits, wellness, and compliance projects from inception to multi-state execution and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to prioritize the compliance and benefits backlog.
• Adjust program objectives, wellness implementations, and planning schedules as business needs or regulations change.
• Lead the creation of new infrastructure and apply established principles to intricate structural goals.
• Oversee US health benefits and 401k plans, including vendor management, platform oversight, and system enhancements.
• Design, manage, and optimize regional and global employee leave programs.
• Develop, launch, and oversee employee perk frameworks and company-wide well-being initiatives.
• Research, process, and monitor state-specific hiring approvals and regional compliance requirements.
• Maintain benefit records, compliance logs, and 401k updates as the authoritative source.
• Set documentation standards and project rituals for compliance and leave monitoring.
• Simplify complex compliance, legal, and benefits information into clear narratives for executives and the wider company audience.
• Identify adoption challenges and devise strategies to mitigate them.
• Create leader toolkits, compliance FAQs, benefits summaries, and feedback mechanisms.
• Utilize plan usage, employee feedback, and sentiment data to enhance perk and wellness program designs.
• Review benefits administration processes and pinpoint opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
• Over 8 years of experience leading intricate, multi-workstream initiatives in US health benefits administration, 401k management, and employment compliance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US health care infrastructure, ERISA regulations, 401k fiduciary responsibilities, and multi-state compliance.
• Capability to independently assess variables, choose suitable methods, and provide structural recommendations.
• Proven track record of collaborating with and influencing Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams.
• History of measuring success through plan utilization, employee retention, and compliance health.
• Exceptional judgment and strict confidentiality when managing medical leaves, personal leaves, and health-related accommodation requests.
• Specialized or advanced knowledge in technical compliance and benefits operations.
