This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and sustain benefits for the Americas region, encompassing healthcare, supplemental benefits, time off, leaves, retirement programs, and associated offerings.

• Oversee leave administration and accommodations for the Americas region.

• Direct all aspects of the annual open enrollment process for the Americas region.

• Supervise Workday benefits configuration in collaboration with HRIT and HR Operations.

• Ensure compliance with benefits regulations, including annual testing and filings such as ACA, 401(k) audits, retirement plan testing, FSA testing, employee notices, and 5500s.

• Maintain up-to-date plan documents, communications, intranet content, benefits records, and regulatory reports to ensure compliance.

• Evaluate, analyze, and suggest modifications to benefits structures and policies to enhance competitiveness, compliance, and cost-efficiency.

• Collaborate with offshore shared services teams to manage HR and benefits administration while overseeing service levels, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.

• Enhance process and procedure documentation and keep internal and external knowledge articles updated.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

• 8–12 years of experience in the industry.

• 2–5 years of prior management or leadership experience.

• Proven background and comprehensive knowledge of benefits, retirement, leave, time-off, and well-being programs in the United States and Canada.

• Supervisory or management experience overseeing benefits and leave analysts.

• Familiarity with benefits design, implementation, leave administration, and maintenance.

• Strong writing, communication, customer service, and analytical abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, organize schedules, address problems, and coordinate activities to achieve objectives.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Smartsheet, and presentation tools.

• Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, and ADP.

• Robust project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Understanding of self-funded/self-insured plans is an advantage.

• Experience with benefits in additional countries is a plus.

• Willingness to travel 0–5%.
