📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete setup of Employee Navigator environments.

• Manage intricate integrations effectively.

• Guarantee optimal database performance and precise eligibility.

• Collaborate across departments with implementation, enrollment, and service teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in database construction.

• Familiarity with Employee Navigator, Ease, Selerix, Bswift, or comparable platforms.

• Demonstrated experience with EDI file feeds and API integrations.

• Background in benefits administration systems and processes.

• Experience in supporting Open Enrollment at a large scale.
