This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with Producers to evaluate client requirements, coverage options, and quotes, providing technical support that aids in making informed recommendations.
• Manage group accounts with employee counts varying from 5 to 200 lives, ensuring exceptional service and proactive management.
• Oversee every aspect of group account management, ensuring compliance, precision, and high client satisfaction levels.
• Organize and lead client meetings, building trusting relationships and gaining a comprehensive understanding of client objectives.
• Create presentations for new business opportunities and renewal accounts, effectively conveying our value proposition and strategy.
• Handle renewals and applications, ensuring timely submissions and thorough follow-up with carriers.
• Review invoices and policy modification details, facilitating corrections and upholding data accuracy.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests to maintain a superior standard of service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to retain accounts, support retention strategies, and preserve the agency's financial equity.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits with carriers such as UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue, Principal, Guardian, and EyeMed within the state of Florida.
• A 2-15 License is required.
• Knowledge of Employee Navigator, BenefitPoint, and ImageRight is advantageous.
• Capability to accurately process written, digital, and technical materials with a keen attention to detail.
