This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable resource for team members facing life events by offering guidance on benefit programs, leave options, and available resources.

• Provide advice to team members regarding eligibility criteria, enrollment procedures, necessary documentation, and relevant timelines.

• Educate team members on how leave affects benefits, payroll deductions, arrears, and return-to-work obligations.

• Handle and resolve routine as well as moderately complex inquiries related to benefits and leave.

• Collaborate with Benefits Analysts, Leave Specialists, and other subject matter experts.

• Ensure thorough, accurate, and compliant case documentation is maintained in designated systems.

• Prepare and communicate information in a clear and empathetic manner.

• Interpret and clarify benefit and leave policies, eligibility criteria, and program specifications.

• Guide team members and leaders towards systems, tools, self-service options, job aids, FAQs, and educational materials.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of job aids, FAQs, reference materials, and educational content.

• Provide foundational training on benefits administration and leave processes.

• Collaborate with askHR, Benefits, Leave Administration, Employee Health, Payroll, and external vendors.

• Contribute to initiatives for process improvement and cross-functional projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, Benefits, Leave, and Customer Service.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
