Benefit Analyst, Global Benefits Financials – Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Provide support and maintain current financial tracking tools and basic forecasting models for regional teams.

• Gather and consolidate global data for pooled financing arrangements.

• Monitor essential metrics and assist in recognizing cost trends.

• Collaborate with colleagues from the Benefits Center of Excellence and members of the benefits administration team.

• Aid in tracking savings initiatives and delivering foundational financial insights.

• Prepare regular reporting packages, dashboards, and presentation materials regarding global benefit financials and performance metrics.

• Update and maintain global performance dashboards.

• Conduct routine ad-hoc financial and data analyses for global benefits initiatives.

• Monitor financial metrics throughout the benefits function.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, benefits finance, HR analytics, or data analytics.

• Strong proficiency in manipulating, cleaning, and analyzing datasets and census files.

• Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and SUMIFS.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Workday or standard financial tracking software is preferred.

• Professional fluency in both verbal and written English is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities to effectively manage routine priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy.
