Behavioural Finance, Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 25–30 undergraduate online students.

• Assist students with academic writing, research, and effective time management.

• Facilitate one-on-one sessions for doubt resolution, academic support, and assessment draft reviews.

• Direct students to appropriate reference materials.

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback.

• Oversee discussion forums.

• Provide proactive, timely, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and challenges.

• Communicate with students via email, phone calls, and online sessions.

• Operate as an independent contractor for LINC Education to enhance online learning for students enrolled in the Masters of Financial Planning program through Victoria University Online.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching experience in an ASIC-approved financial planning course and/or 5 years of professional experience as a Financial Planning Professional.

• Registered Financial Planning Advisor Certification is essential.

• In-depth understanding of behavioral finance and its relevance in professional financial planning.

• Awareness of client motivations, behavioral biases, financial literacy, and decision-making processes.

• A Master's Degree or higher in Financial Planning is preferred.

• An empathetic, ambitious, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.

• Proficient in English with outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Access to a working laptop.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.

• Capability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac.

• Availability from 5 PM to 10 PM AEST every day of the week.
