This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer expert guidance to a cohort of 25–30 undergraduate students enrolled in online courses.
• Assist students with academic writing, research techniques, and effective time management.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to address doubts, provide academic guidance, and review assessment drafts.
• Direct students to appropriate reference materials.
• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback.
• Oversee discussion forums to encourage student engagement.
• Deliver proactive, prompt, and personalized support for student inquiries and issues.
• Respond swiftly to student communications via email, phone calls, or online sessions.
• Facilitate online learning for students enrolled in Behavioural Finance and Wealth Management Applications as part of the Masters of Financial Planning program.
• Assist students in applying behavioural finance concepts to client interactions, communication and engagement strategies, investment planning, and financial advice.
• A Master's Degree or higher in Financial Planning.
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant teaching experience in an ASIC-approved financial planning course and/or 5 years’ experience as a Financial Planning Professional.
• Mandatory possession of Registered Financial Planning Advisor Certification.
• In-depth understanding of behavioural finance and its practical application in professional financial planning.
• Familiarity with client motivations, behavioural biases, financial literacy, and decision-making processes.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• An empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality, eager to work closely with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Access to a working laptop.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection exceeding 10 MBPS.
• Capability to quickly learn and effectively utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac.
• Availability from 5 PM to 10 PM AEST every day of the week.
• The opportunity to work remotely from a convenient location (e.g., home or office).
• Training on the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac platforms will be provided.
