This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +17 more states.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-informed mental health care via telehealth.
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial and standardized evaluations for prospective program enrollment.
• Create personalized support plans with patients and set achievable goals.
• Offer community service resources and make appropriate referrals.
• Manage enrollment and intake services.
• Address telephone inquiries regarding mental health care and associated services.
• Perform safety assessments and planning through telephone or video consultations.
• Collaborate with patients to foster self-directed, sustainable changes that align with their values.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary team members to establish patient support objectives.
• Engage in multidisciplinary patient care conferences as needed.
• Document interviews, consultations, referrals, contacts, and supportive services accurately.
• Complete documentation and reporting in compliance with departmental standards as well as federal and state regulations.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent education for licensing purposes.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must reside remotely in AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WV, or WI.
• Professional license/certification required based on the state of work location: Illinois LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT; Missouri LCSW, LMFT, or LPC; Oklahoma LADC, LBP, LCSW, LADC-MH, LMFT, LMSW, or LPC; Wisconsin LCSW, LMFT, LPC, MFT-TL, APSW, or LPC-IT.
• Familiarity with Epic.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Capability to perform assessments and safety planning through telephone or video.
• Competence in completing documentation and reporting in line with departmental, federal, and state standards.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Capacity to maintain a constant state of alertness and operate safely.
• Physical ability to meet hearing, vision, lifting, standing, walking, keyboarding, driving, and patient movement requirements.
• Fully remote work environment.
• No on-call responsibilities.
