Behavioral Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Deliver mental health coaching services to clients of Intellects.

• Assist the company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) by offering one-on-one telehealth coaching via the application.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as stress, procrastination, and similar concerns.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to recommend enhancements to the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or hold ICF Accreditations.

• Proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based methodologies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• Must have a minimum of 300 hours of clinical or coaching experience.

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.

• Previous experience in EAP, counselling for working adults, or coaching in managerial capacities is a plus.
