
Behavioral Health Care Manager β Bilingual, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
β’ Allocate approximately 75% of your working hours to direct interactions with patients and their families.
β’ Provide concise, evidence-based care aimed at fostering significant change within a 6 to 12-month timeframe.
β’ Engage in close collaboration with pediatricians, psychiatrists, and a diverse multidisciplinary care team.
β’ Carry out intake assessments and ongoing follow-up sessions through telehealth.
β’ Implement brief, evidence-based interventions, including CBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, and Parent Coaching.
β’ Offer in-session education and actionable guidance to families.
β’ Monitor patient progress through validated screening tools.
β’ Assist families with school accommodations, social determinants of health needs, and coordination with OT/PT/ST and other specialized services.
β’ Work alongside pediatricians and psychiatric consultants.
β’ Take part in weekly registry review meetings to inform care decisions.
β’ Record all care activities in our EHR system (Healthie).
β’ Evaluate outcomes and progress utilizing structured workflows.
β’ Oversee scheduling, follow-ups, and patient engagement.
β’ Implement standardized protocols for no-shows, cancellations, and safety.
β’ Possess active, unrestricted clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
β’ Hold active licensure in one or more of the following states by the start date: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
β’ Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for this specific position.
β’ Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience or at least 3,000 supervised hours in the field.
β’ Availability for flexible hours, including two evenings per week and 2-4 weekend days per month.
β’ Experience and training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, MI, and BA.
β’ Comfort in a telehealth work environment.
β’ Strong skills in communication, organization, and documentation.
β’ Ability to provide care through a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and trauma-informed perspective.
