This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Execute personalized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Gather and document data regarding client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Track and record progress towards treatment objectives.
• Encourage and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Effectively communicate with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA.
• Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly reliable and organized.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience in working with children (childcare, education, or related fields).
• Access to dependable transportation.
• Capability to successfully pass a background check.
• Assistance with RBT Certification through our Road to Register Program.
