This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the internal marketing, promotion, and sale of cosmetic products.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products and companies to effectively communicate with customers.

• Employ creativity in designing and setting up necessary displays.

• Engage extensively with customers at the point of sale, influencing sales volume significantly.

• High School diploma or its equivalent.

• Preferred experience of 1 year in makeup sales or as a makeup artist.

• Energetic individual comfortable with approaching and engaging store customers.

• Enjoys persuading others in a positive manner.

• Strong sales capabilities.

• Goal-driven.

• Outgoing and fun personality.

• Basic beauty makeup skills required.

• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Capability to maintain a presence on the sales floor for extended periods as necessary.

• Physical ability to stand for long durations.
