This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a BDR/SDR (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact with our leads.
• You will ensure the successful introduction of our solution to the market through personalized customer engagement.
• You will anticipate objections and questions before they arise and develop strategies for customer acquisition.
• You will create growth channels by identifying new market opportunities and pursuing innovative approaches.
• You will maintain and organize your own sales pipeline within our CRM, HubSpot.
• You will be part of a dedicated collaboration between the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Your insights and market knowledge will be essential for the continuous enhancement and active shaping of our sales strategy.
• You will drive our mission to bring better work-life balance and (mental) health to businesses.
• Enjoy quickly establishing new contacts and building sustainable relationships.
• Creativity and strategic thinking for personalized communication with leads.
• Proven experience in a relevant environment (e.g., startup).
• Experience in B2B product sales is a plus.
• Team player who enjoys communication and values giving and receiving feedback.
• High level of commitment and independence.
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level).
• Work remotely or from our office in Munich.
