This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, document, and continually enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the BDR team.
• Design, construct, and refine BDR outreach cadences and sequences that align with campaign and pipeline generation objectives.
• Develop target account lists for campaigns and prioritize leads with high potential.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics to monitor BDR performance, pipeline contribution, and critical KPIs.
• Analyze team performance metrics to pinpoint trends, gaps, and opportunities, driving process and strategy improvements.
• Oversee BDR enablement, including onboarding, training, and ongoing skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft training content and programs.
• Foster team engagement and performance through initiatives such as competitions and incentive programs.
• Manage and enhance sales tools, ensuring system functionality, adoption, and alignment with team requirements.
• Assess and suggest new sales and marketing technologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field, ideally supporting a BDR or SDR organization.
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing outreach cadences and sequences.
• Practical experience in developing reporting dashboards and analyzing sales performance.
• Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Knowledge of sales intelligence and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Clear and effective communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
