BDR – Junior Pre-Sales Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Routine and Productivity Management: You will be tasked with organizing and planning your prospecting, qualification, and follow-up activities in HubSpot, ensuring the CRM is up-to-date and adhering to the discipline necessary for remote work.

• Active Prospecting: Sustain a consistent level of activities, primarily through phone calls, supplemented by emails and WhatsApp communication.

• Consultative and Personalized Approach: Establish connections with contacts, fostering human interactions that facilitate discussions and help address resistance.

• Overcoming Objections: Address common objections like "I already have a supplier" or "long-term contracts," employing strong arguments about Flash's unique advantages and the value of the solution.

• Opportunity Prioritization: Focus on leads with the greatest potential, particularly during the early hours of the day for impactful contacts and ensuring efficient cold prospecting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in active prospecting (OUTBOUND), with a background in pre-sales aimed at securing new leads from scratch and entering new markets.

• Experience in cold calling and managing a high volume of daily activities, utilizing the phone as the primary communication channel.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to independently plan and structure your work routine effectively.

• Minimum educational requirement: high school diploma.
