📋 Description

• **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify prospective clients within target markets and establish a dependable pipeline of leads.

• Maintain a high volume of outbound activities, ensuring a consistent daily rhythm of personalized cold calls to connect with key decision-makers in their native language.

• Utilize a consultative discovery approach, employing open-ended questions to identify pain points related to global hiring and compliance.

• Engage with prospects through multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media, to generate genuine interest in RemotePass's offerings.

• Address objections with patience and empathy, transforming challenges into opportunities for collaboration and value-driven solutions.

• Assist leads by understanding their requirements and crafting informative messages to secure introductory meetings.

• Coordinate appointments and demonstrations for account executives or sales managers.

• Keep precise records of lead interactions and progress within our CRM system.

• Strive to meet clearly defined daily outreach targets and monthly pipeline objectives, emphasizing high-quality execution and team impact.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and share best practices.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to refine your communication techniques.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or SaaS setting.

• Professional or native fluency in English.

• Proven experience in the UKI markets.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in your target language, with the capability to navigate complex business nuances and cultural etiquette.

• Demonstrated comfort in high-activity outbound environments, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during extensive daily phone outreach.

• Strong active listening skills, with the ability to quickly synthesize information and adjust conversations based on prospect feedback.

• Established ability to handle objections gracefully, remaining curious rather than defensive when responding to common industry challenges.

• A positive outlook and a passion for assisting clients, combined with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.

• Exceptional time management skills to effectively balance intensive calling sessions with high-quality lead research and discovery preparation.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads effectively.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
