• Keep precise records of lead interactions and progress within our CRM system.
• Strive to meet clearly defined daily outreach targets and monthly pipeline objectives, emphasizing high-quality execution and team impact.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and share best practices.

• **Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or SaaS setting.
• Professional or native fluency in English.
• Proven experience in the UKI markets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in your target language, with the capability to navigate complex business nuances and cultural etiquette.
• Demonstrated comfort in high-activity outbound environments, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during extensive daily phone outreach.
• Strong active listening skills, with the ability to quickly synthesize information and adjust conversations based on prospect feedback.
• Established ability to handle objections gracefully, remaining curious rather than defensive when responding to common industry challenges.
• A positive outlook and a passion for assisting clients, combined with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.
