This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to pinpoint significant opportunities within the market.
• Engage in prospecting via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Arrange meetings and deliver sales presentations for the senior sales team as necessary.
• Monitor sales activities (calls, meetings, events) utilizing CRM and other sales tools.
• Offer service and assistance to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist Senior Sales Executives in finalizing deals to achieve individual/team targets and overall business goals.
• Take the initiative in new projects and demonstrate a strong desire to learn.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies, overseeing contracts and compliance.
• Analyze and control costs related to staffing, including vendor rates and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and standards.
• Use data analytics to enhance staffing processes and inform decision-making.
• Oversee client projects from start to finish.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with MSP accounts.
• Willingness to work during the PST Time Zone (Night Shift).
• Proven experience in managing relationships with MSP.
• Capability to generate business from new MSP.
• Experience with social media is a plus.
