This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in national sales initiatives, concentrating on the Midlands (Birmingham and nearby regions);
• Achieve new business sales to fulfill both individual and team objectives;
• Collaborate with the Commercial Department to ensure sound Commercial Underwriting;
• Cultivate interest in the Credit Insurance sector to generate leads;
• Spot opportunities for all Coface product offerings;
• Establish a network of introducers and general insurance brokers;
• Partner closely with various departments to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree (2.1) in Finance, Business, or a related discipline;
• Minimum of 3 years of prior sales experience is essential, with previous experience in the TCI industry being advantageous;
• Self-starter: capable of motivating oneself and concentrating on goals and activities independently;
• Proficient in sales negotiation and communication;
• Ability to prioritize tasks: evaluates the importance of each task and manages time accordingly;
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of various contract structures to effectively negotiate price and risk;
• Awareness of the current economic environment and its impact on the market;
• Driven individual with the capability to excel in a target-oriented setting;
• Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing targets;
• Proven ability to cultivate long-term relationships both internally and externally;
• Understanding of compliance requirements within a regulated framework.
