• Implement the Business Development Center (BDC) procedures in accordance with Holman strategies and standards.
• Address customer inquiries from the CRM within 15 minutes during operational hours.
• Interact with leads through professional communication via phone, email, and text.
• Arrange appointments for in-store visits, following Holman’s “Best Practice” standards.
• Adhere to dealership-provided communication templates and telephone scripts.
• Keep precise records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Conduct 50 - 100+ outbound contacts daily to achieve appointment objectives.
• Participate in team meetings, mandatory training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Experience in call centers, customer service, or sales is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with technology and experienced with CRM tools (or open to rapid learning).
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
• A collaborative mindset – capable of working effectively with team members across all levels.
