BD Regional VP – Northern IN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Promote Allianz products and services to Registered Representatives in Northern Indiana.

• Build and sustain strong business relationships while following Allianz’s sales philosophy.

• Meet or exceed territory sales targets and market share goals set by the District Director.

• Achieve producer objectives, concentrating on retention, production, new producers, and MIA winbacks.

• Advocate for and utilize technology tools while implementing best practices.

• Track and record weekly activity metrics in Salesforce.

• Ensure compliance with ALFS policies and procedures.

• Oversee company resources and submit expenses within budget limits.

• Collaborate with the Internal Retirement Consultant.

• Manage territory segmentation, zones, rotations, and meeting notes.

• Implement marketing campaigns and handle email and voicemail communications.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Allianz products, annuity competitors, and holistic financial planning.

• Design and execute tailored events and campaigns aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining producers.

• Utilize advanced markets, practice management, FinTech, social media, and artificial intelligence tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of demonstrated sales success in the Financial Services sector.

• Valid FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.

• Current State Life/Annuity Insurance license.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent time management abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

• Organize appointments and report on 7-day past and 21-day future calendar activities.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings with advisors.

• Execute company programs effectively.

• Handle daily travel and entertainment expenses.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without needing immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
