This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and guarantee services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Completely remote position with flexible scheduling.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
β’ A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and facilitate clinical and professional achievement.
