BCBA – Professional Development, FREE LBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.

• Deliver clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives.

• Keep precise records and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical guidelines.

• Offer remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
