This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Work alongside caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure services adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in providing ABA services to those with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fully remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• No non-compete clauses.
