BCBA – Multi-State LBA Support, Flexibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans

• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs

• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Work alongside caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives

• Keep precise records and confirm that services adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

• Previous experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
