BCBA – LBA Program, Career Advancement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.

• Ensure precise documentation and adherence to ethical and clinical standards in services.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
