BCBA – Flexibility and Professional Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians tasked with program implementation.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to further treatment objectives.

• Keep precise records and guarantee services comply with ethical and clinical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a similar discipline.

• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
