This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians tasked with program implementation.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to further treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and guarantee services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current, active BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a similar discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Strong communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Completely remote role with a flexible work schedule.
β’ No specified minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for acquiring licenses in additional states.
