This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create customized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives.

• Ensure accurate documentation and confirm that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
