This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians implementing programs

• Track client progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary

• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives

• Keep precise documentation and ensure services adhere to ethical and clinical standards

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

• Preferably experienced in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
