This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.

• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Keep meticulous records and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a closely related discipline.

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
