Bar Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Represent a distinguished selection of premium spirits from the Heaven Hill portfolio.

• Drive sales, foster advocacy, and enhance brand visibility through strategic market activations, educational initiatives, and events.

• Concentrate on cultivating Heaven Hill brand loyalty and advocacy within targeted on-premise accounts in the local market.

• Advocate for premium spirits, including Tequila Ocho, Widow Jane Whiskey, Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond, Old Fitz 7 Year, Rittenhouse Rye, Mezcal Vago, and Bluecoat Gin.

• Broaden distribution and secure menu placements in key accounts.

• Lead staff training sessions, trade education, and consumer experiences.

• Establish strong relationships with industry influencers to enhance brand presence.

• Collaborate with sales teams and distributor partners to implement market strategies.

• Represent the brand at major trade shows, regional events, and national activations.

• Organize and deliver impactful brand education programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 5 years in field sales, brand ambassadorship, or advocacy, with established connections in the spirits industry.

• Profound knowledge and enthusiasm for spirits; expertise in agave and whiskey is preferred.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-driven with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects both independently and collaboratively.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with travel as required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and capable of utilizing technology for presentations, tools, and reporting.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• A valid driver's license is required.
