Backend Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Enhance and develop products by incorporating customer feedback.

• Create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for innovative concepts and tailored services for clients.

• Introduce new functionalities into primary products.

• Collaborate with seasoned developers to tackle real-world challenges.

• Select tools that provide maximum value in a technology-agnostic setting.

• Engage in a selection process that includes a screening call, a case study, an in-person case review interview, and a compatibility interview with co-founders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Quick learner eager to develop and contribute to impactful products.

• A positive attitude and mindset are prioritized over extensive experience with a specific technology stack.

• Relevant backend experience with Ruby on Rails, Java (Quarkus), or similar technologies.

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS is pertinent to the existing technology stack.

• Openness to a hybrid work model, with 1–2 days on-site.
