This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
β’ Develop realistic and challenging coding assignments that focus on feature implementation and resolving software bugs.
β’ Create tasks that mirror authentic backend engineering situations.
β’ Construct deterministic verifiers that accept reasonable valid solutions while rejecting incorrect outputs.
β’ Utilize backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++, or other comparable languages.
β’ Assess code for accuracy, dependability, maintainability, and performance.
β’ Integrate automated testing and clear validation criteria into coding assignments.
β’ Recognize and address edge cases, performance issues, and possible implementation errors.
β’ Implement secure coding principles and cybersecurity considerations as applicable.
β’ Enhance tasks and verification logic in line with project needs and quality benchmarks.
β’ Extensive professional experience with one or more backend programming languages, including Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, or C++.
β’ Proven experience in developing scalable backend services and APIs.
β’ Hands-on experience with debugging, performance enhancement, and automated testing.
β’ Excellent code review abilities and the capacity to pinpoint correctness, quality, and maintainability concerns.
β’ Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and essential computer science principles.
