Backend Software Developer – Coding-Focused, Modern Tech Stacks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create backend applications using Rails and Node.js

• Sustain and enhance current systems while scaling them for future growth

• Collaborate with infrastructure components such as containers, Kubernetes, and cloud services like AWS and GCP

• Assume responsibility for operations, monitoring, and DevOps tasks

• Maintain code quality through rigorous testing, continuous integration, and monitoring

• Engage in AI-enhanced processes developed by developers for developers

• Construct highly scalable backend systems for cutting-edge mobile applications and user-friendly web applications

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for coding and a keen interest in innovation

• Over 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails

• Basic experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript

• A strong interest in and experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI

• Proficient in object-oriented programming and MVC frameworks

• Critical thinking skills: You are open to testing new methods, questioning trends, and concentrating on sustainable, high-quality solutions

• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in both German and English

• Openness to working in AI-supported processes
