Backend Engineer – Mid-Senior – Transition to Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Develop and enhance features that enable our AI orchestrator to provide a tailored experience.

• Collaborate closely with fellow developers to design, construct, and sustain our Go-based microservices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating scalable, stable, and secure code using Golang, or other backend languages such as PHP, Python, C#/.NET, Java, and Kotlin.

• Familiarity with distributed technologies and NoSQL databases, complemented by a strong background in high-load applications and microservices architecture.

• System design is second nature to you - you are well-versed in Domain-Driven Design principles and understand when and why to apply various patterns.

• A strong passion for secure and compliant backend architecture and technologies.

• Ability to strike a balance between speed and quality in a startup environment.

• A collaborative attitude, eager to discuss, reassess, and redesign ideas that foster collective success within your team and the organization.
