Backend Engineer – Mid-Senior, Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance features that enable our AI orchestrator to provide a tailored experience.

• Write clean, dependable code with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate closely with fellow developers to design, create, and maintain our Go-based microservices.

• Assume full ownership of our services, from implementation to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating scalable, stable, and secure code using Golang.

• Familiarity with distributed technologies and NoSQL databases, along with a strong background in high-load applications and microservices architecture.

• Comfortable with system design, well-versed in Domain-Driven Design principles, and knowledgeable about the appropriate usage of design patterns.

• A strong passion for secure and compliant backend architecture and technologies.

• Able to balance speed and quality effectively in a startup setting.

• A collaborative approach, eager to discuss, rethink, and redesign ideas that foster shared success within the team and the organization.
