Backend Engineer, GCP, NodeJS, Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) utilizing Node.js and Go

• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to grasp business needs, articulate technical approaches, and deliver solutions that yield measurable results

• Enhance and modernize current backend systems to improve performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability

• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to design and integrate contemporary middleware solutions and cloud-native services

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical backend engineering experience with TypeScript and Node.js (Primary Skill)

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Go in a production environment (Secondary Skill)

• Proven proficiency in designing and deploying microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of thriving in client-facing consulting roles

• Must be available to work full-time during Mountain Time (MT) business hours
