Backend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services.

• Enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Engage in technical design discussions and contribute to decision-making.

• Assist in feature development throughout the platform.

• Elevate visibility regarding system health and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying backend systems in a production environment.

• Strong foundational knowledge in system design and backend architecture.

• Expertise in JavaScript / Node.js (or equivalent backend languages).

• Familiarity with databases (preferably NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB).

• Capability to manage projects from start to finish and work autonomously.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
