This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, create, and sustain third-party API integrations that drive TRM’s Agentic products and workflows.
• Develop a scalable infrastructure for integrations, shared services, and internal tools that expedite and secure the addition of new data sources.
• Construct dependable APIs, backend services, and data pipelines that facilitate high-volume, mission-critical product experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and internal stakeholders to convert integration requirements into well-defined technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Enhance the quality, observability, reliability, and maintainability of TRM’s integration platform as its usage expands across the organization.
• Proven experience in designing and constructing scalable backend systems, APIs, web services, and production-level software.
• Comprehensive understanding of third-party API integration models, including authentication, rate limiting, retries, error management, data normalization, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with storage solutions such as relational databases, analytical databases, queues, caches, or event-driven architectures.
• Capacity to navigate through ambiguity, structure complex issues, and identify the most impactful technical priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership and comfort in driving projects from vague requirements through to production launch and subsequent iterations.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in collaborative work within a cross-functional environment that includes product, design, data, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with OSINT data sources is a plus.
• Experience with AI Production Systems is a plus.
• Participate in TRM’s equity plan.
• Receive quick product feedback from internal power users.
• Gain empowerment to implement improvements directly to beta users.
